The following appointments are for advising services. You must have already completed your Admissions Application, TSI Requirements/Exemptions, and turned in all required admissions documents. To clear any holds you may have on your account, please contact the Admissions Office.

If you do not remember your Student ID, please use (9999999) temporarily to set up an appointment.
For your appointment
- You will need to have your user name and password for Self-Service available. Call the IT Department Help Desk at (830) 591-7323 prior to your appointment if you need assistance logging in or resetting your password. *Please note, if you have chosen a virtual appointment, your advisor will contact you by phone.
- Pre-plan courses in Self-Service Student Planning prior to meeting with your advisor.
- If you plan on transferring, please have your transfer career pathway on the day of your appointment.
